Attention:  All Access Mortgage. Kod ,Employees. When the Help Desk submission form is not working properly or you get an error message when attempting to submit a request. Please email your request , problem or issue to the following email addresses, ( jerry.fuller@gmail.com ) . You may also request a company email address by using the Help Desk submission form.

The purpose of Access Mortgage Help Desk: is to help end-users deal with any problems or questions they may have regarding the use of there computer system. The focus is to resolve end-users problems as quickly as possible; when Access Mortgage help desk cannot resolve the problem, it is escalated to the appropriate organization (e.g., network specialist) or process for resolution (e.g., issue or change request process).


Please be sure to complete all Access Mortgage Help Desk form info correctly. All forms completed will receive first priority. If you fail to complete form. You may not receive a response from ,Access Mortgage Help Desk. If you input info incorrectly , simple click on the back button of form page ,and make corrections . Access Mortgage Help Desk, will respond in one of four ways to to your Help Desk request, email, Phone Remote, Assistance, Onsite Visit.

1.You can not connect to the internet.
2.Directed to do so by Office manager or supervisor.
